Content Lab is TSA's in-house creative studio, and when we're not using it, it's yours. Housed in Midtown Manhattan, our sun-drenched industrial space is built specifically for luxury e-commerce brands and content-first creators.
Five large windows, sculptural furniture, high ceilings, and professional equipment included, no rental surcharges, no compromises, no half-measures. This is the space TSA uses to produce content that converts, all year round.

Every month, TSA's creative team takes care of everything including creative direction, full shoot management, and the production of elevated content and video that works beyond a launch moment. No one-offs, no scrambling. Just consistent, considered content, month after month. The Content Lab is ours, and when you're a TSA client, it's yours too.

Content Lab is located in Midtown Manhattan, just 2 minutes from Port Authority (A/C/E subways and NJ Transit buses) and 5 minutes from Penn Station, making it one of the most accessible studios in the city. Several paid parking garages and metered street parking are located within a short walk of the building. Full address and access details are shared upon booking confirmation.

Content Lab works best for intimate, focused shoots of between 1 and 12 people. It's ideal for solo creators, small creative teams, brand shoots with a model and photographer, or UGC-style sessions. If you have a larger team in mind, just get in touch and we'll let you know what we can accommodate.

We understand plans can change. Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees). Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the start time will receive a 50% refund (excluding fees). Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

We'd recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, as slots do fill quickly. For larger productions or sessions requiring additional creative support, a little more lead time helps us make sure everything runs smoothly. If you need something sooner, it's always worth checking availability as last-minute slots do come up.
