Once your contract is signed, your 1-month onboarding phase begins. You'll complete our onboarding checklist and upload your assets, while we set up our internal systems and introduce you to your dedicated account manager. We'll then carry out a social media audit before creating a custom 6-month strategy for your approval. Once approved, we move into content creation, you'll receive feed previews and have the opportunity to give feedback on individual posts to ensure you like the direction we are going in before anything goes live.

We prioritise long-term success over quick wins, which is why we require a 6-month commitment. Social media takes time and we use this period to build a comprehensive strategy tailored to your brand's unique voice, goals, and audience. Understanding the nuances of your product, competitors, and customers allows us to create content that truly resonates. Beyond regular posting, social media is about building a narrative that fosters genuine community and loyalty. If you wish to cancel your contract before the 6 months are completed, you may do so by paying an early termination fee. These are the terms:
1. You must give 1 month's notice.
2. You must pay 50% of the remaining locked-in period as an early termination fee.
3. You will not receive content for the remaining locked-in period.

Yes. Once your content is ready, we provide you with a visual mockup of your feed for the upcoming month. You will also gain access to your content calendar where you can view the individual posts and their captions. In the content calendar, you may request edits for the upcoming posts before they are published.
