Additionally, social media management is not merely about regular postings; it's about building a narrative that resonates with your audience, fostering a genuine connection that build community and loyalty which takes time. Moreover, the 6-month period provides us with valuable insights into what truly works. Through continuous analysis and refinement of your strategy, we are able to adjust our strategies in real-time, capitalizing on what resonates most with your audience to build your follower base.

Once you have signed your contract with us, the onboarding phase which lasts 1 month begins. During this time you will complete our onboarding checklist and upload all assets to us. In the meantime, we will onboard you into our internal systems and introduce you to your dedicated account manager. Next, we will carry out an audit of your social media to gain a better overview of the current state of your account. Afterwards, we will create a custom social media strategy that will guide our content for the next 6 months.

Once the strategy has been approved by you, we move on to creating your content. During this time, we will send the feed preview to approval with you and ask for feedback on individual posts to ensure you like the direction we are going in. Once the content is approved, we are ready to post.

If you wish to cancel your contract before the 6 months are completed, you may do so by paying an early termination fee. These are the terms:
1. You must give 1 month's notice.
2. You must pay 50% of the remaining locked-in period as an early termination fee.
3. You will not receive content for the remaining locked-in period.
You will not receive content for the remainder of your contract.

Yes. Once your content is ready, we provide you with a visual mockup of your feed for the upcoming month. You will also gain access to your content calendar where you can view the individual posts and their captions. In the content calendar, you may request edits for the upcoming posts before they are published.
